The Communal Tari Circle was a program under ArtsEverywhere @ CDC, a National Arts Council initiative, that brought artistic programming to neighbourhood communities. Utilising the principles and practices of traditional Malay Martial Art, Silat Tua, 6 performers moved, danced, and encouraged cheekiness and play at Heartbeat@Bedok on the 28th of March 2026.
